90-minute weekly sessions with structured format

State Regulation (15 min)

Breathwork protocol: CO₂ tolerance breathing, voice resonance, somatic regulation. Get into a neuroplastic state before working. Same sequence every week.

Accountability Check-In (15 min)

Round-robin: What did you commit to last week? What did you ship? Celebrate wins publicly. Name obstacles for pattern recognition. Progress tracking visible to all.

Hot Seat / Case Study (45 min)

1-2 participants present their current challenge, blockage, or decision. Group provides feedback, perspective, resources, and connections. Rotating basis—everyone gets their turn over time.

Commitments & Close (15 min)

Public commitments for the week ahead. Specificity matters: what, when, how you'll know it's done. Closing breath practice to seal the container.

I'm not here to teach, coach, or provide answers. My role is to facilitate the weekly structure, guide the breathwork protocol, and hold the container for peer exchange.

The real value comes from the collective wisdom in the room—diverse perspectives, honest feedback, and mutual accountability. I design the environment. You do the work.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a mastermind?
Similar structure (peer accountability, hot seats, weekly cadence), but we add a breathwork protocol for nervous system regulation at the start of each session. This isn't just strategy talk—we work from regulated nervous systems, which changes the quality of decision-making and feedback. Plus, the name "Metis" reflects our focus on practical wisdom gained through action, not theory.
What if I can't make a session?
Life happens. Post a brief update in the community channel within 24 hours, update your accountability tracker, and watch the recording if available. Consistent attendance matters—this isn't a drop-in community—but we're flexible when needed.
Is this online or in-person?
Online via Zoom (for now). Structured format with breakout rooms when needed. Future in-person options in San Diego may include water-based practice sessions leveraging freediving training.
How are groups formed?
Application-based curation. I look for commitment level, contribution capacity, and complementary diversity. Mix of backgrounds (founders, creators, professionals) but aligned on growth mindset and bias toward action.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscription with no long-term commitment. Most people stay 6-12 months because the value compounds with consistency, but you're free to leave whenever it's no longer serving you.
What's the breathwork protocol?
A sequence of breathwork (CO₂ tolerance training), voice resonance (humming/chanting), and somatic movement designed to regulate your nervous system and increase neuroplasticity. We do this at the start of every session. You'll learn the practice within 2-3 weeks.
What if I'm not actively building a business?
That's fine. This isn't only for entrepreneurs. If you're working on a meaningful project, career transition, health protocol, creative work, or any defined change—and you need structure + accountability—you'll fit right in.
