Transform together, serve together.

Group Experiences

Transformation accelerates in community. Group experiences provide support, accountability, and the mirror of others on similar journeys.

ORIGIN Accountability Pods

Ritualized accountability for creators and souls-in-transition.

A community-powered container for creators and changemakers to cross the threshold from intention to action.

Who it’s for: Creators pregnant with a project, founders in early build, professionals mid-pivot, and athletes-of-life undergoing a defined change.

Promise: A high-commitment pod that converts clarity → consistent action through ritualized check-ins, peer witnessing, and your ORIGIN protocol (breath, CO₂-informed apnea, voice, movement, reflective dialogue). Members leave each cycle with shipped artifacts, upgraded habits, and a living support network.

Core beliefs:

  • Transformation happens with others; community is the catalyst and the container.

  • Skin-in-the-game + public commitments + micro-deadlines beat willpower.

  • Body-first state regulation enables better choices (state → traits → outcomes).

  • “Socratic midwifery”: we don’t insert answers; we elicit what’s latent and help it be born.

How it works.

How It Works: 3 pillars (State • Accountability • Community)

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Program Architecture

Pod size & cadence

  • Size: 8–12 members per pod (sweet spot for communitas, depth, and throughput).

  • Length: 6 or 12 weeks (choose based on goal complexity).

  • Weekly cadence: 90-minute live session + 30-minute optional co-work sprint; plus midweek buddy call (20–30 min).

  • Time zones: Offer two time slots; in-person pods run in San Diego.

Tracks (choose at enrollment)

  1. Launch Track (Creators): Ship a concrete artifact (pilot, landing page, 5-episode content arc, workshop, MVP).

  2. Transition Track (Change): Execute a defined shift (health protocol, career pivot milestones, study plan, portfolio).

Online format

  • Hosted on Zoom with structured run-of-show, breakout rooms, and a Notion/Slack hub.

In-person format

  • Studio/pool/ocean options (leveraging AIDA instructorship): breath + movement warmup; optional water-based practice blocks on alternating weeks; shared tea/debrief ritual.

Rituals & Run-of-Show

(Weekly Session – 90 min)

  • (5 min): Quiet arrival, phones off, camera on (online), presence check.

  • (10 min): ORIGIN micro-protocol (nasal breathing + hum-only cadence + gentle mobility). Intent: downshift, synchronize, expand nitric oxide.

  • (10 min): Lightning round: 1 win, 1 friction, 1 learning.

  • (15 min): Each member declares a measurable deliverable for the next 7 days (SMART + scope ≤ 2 hours/day). Commitments posted live to tracker.

  • (30 min): Pods of 3–4. Rotate roles: Seeker, Reflector, Challenger, Scribe. Goal: sharpen scope, surface blockers, pre-commit time blocks.

Possibly include case study work form ULAB

  • (10 min): Pull 2–3 insights. Coach offers pattern reflection, principle teaching (2–3 min micro-lesson from ORIGIN/maieutics).

  • (10 min): Breath-led seal. Members book their buddy call on the spot.

  • Silent sprint immediately after, cameras on; post completions in chat. Ingrain what you have just worked on.

Skin in the Game

Accountability Mechanics

  • Commitment Contract: Signed at onboarding; includes attendance, deliverables, and integrity clause.

  • Attendance: 90% minimum. < 2 misses allowed (with make-up protocol). Missed session → post a 90-sec Loom update + update tracker within 24h.

  • Streaks: Weekly streak counter. 3-week streak unlocks a Spotlight Seat (deep-dive coaching).

  • Buddies: Assigned biweekly; 20–30 min midweek call guided by script.

  • Escalations: 1st slip = nudge; 2nd = buddy accountability; 3rd = coach 1:1 15-min corrective; 4th = pause/dismissal w/ partial refund policy stated.

  • Pledges: Members put a small bond ($50–$100) refundable upon completion streak; forfeited funds go to scholarship pool.

  • Public Artifact: Each cycle ends with a demo day/reading/release; ship something, however small.

5) Curriculum Spine (6-Week Core)

Week 1 – Orientation: Identity shift, baseline state anchors, goal decomposition, timeboxing.

Week 2 – Skill of Scope: Define “minimum shippable unit,” 90-minute production cycles, friction logging.

Week 3 – Nervous System Proof: CO₂ tolerance basics, voice resonance (hum/chant), somatic veto for cravings.

Week 4 – Social Proof: Ask-in-public reps, feedback frameworks (SBI/Radical Candor lite), collaboration micro-asks.

Week 5 – Systems: Habit loops, anchor stacking, design your weekly template, automation basics.

Week 6 – Showcase: Public share, retro, next-12-week plan, alumni pathway.

12-week version: interleave water sessions + two themed intensives (Craft Day, Story Day) + guest mentor panel.

“Six weeks from now, your future self will thank you for what you released today.”

Souhayl M.

“I first met Joshua in Qatar. As a startup founder, when I learned that he offers coaching and consulting, I knew I wanted to benefit from his expertise.

We had two coaching sessions, both incredibly valuable. Joshua has a remarkable ability to listen deeply and understand the specific challenges we’re facing. His advice was always practical and aligned with our vision, not something that derailed our goals, but rather helped sharpen and accelerate them.

After applying his guidance from the first session, we immediately saw a meaningful shift within the company. The second session was even more impactful. Joshua identified a strategic way for us to build credibility in the industry — one that didn’t require large amounts of capital, which was crucial given our limited resources.

If you’re looking for a coach who listens, gets your challenges, and offers thoughtful, actionable advice, I highly recommend working with Joshua.”

Noor Afshan Fathima

“When I stepped into a senior‑leadership role—one that demanded both deep technical judgment and people‑first stewardship—I knew I had some growing to do.
Joshua became the catalyst for that growth.

From our first session, he helped me surface the blind spots I couldn’t see on my own: the skills gaps, the unspoken fears, and, most importantly, the subtle reluctances that were holding me back. Joshua never forced a breakthrough; he guided me toward it. With steady curiosity and a gentle style, he created a space where it felt safe to explore uncomfortable questions—then equipped me with practical frameworks from my own creation to act on the answers.

I recommend Joshua without reservation to any leader ready to level up both their competence and their confidence. He meets you where you are, walks beside you through discomfort, and leaves you equipped to thrive long after the engagement ends.”
